Job Description Job Description Description: The Case Manager is
responsible for providing case management for youth residing in
Riverside Academy facilities, reporting directly to the Riverside
Academy Program Director. This role involves managing a team,
coordinating with other professionals, and ensuring appropriate
treatment planning and services are delivered to each youth.
Responsibilities: - Conduct monthly team meetings for each youth
and their assigned staff. - Facilitate the intake process for new
youth and the exit process for those leaving. - Communicate with
youth, their families, and other team members to coordinate care
and services. - Coordinate and lead all aspects of planned youth
activities. - Attend necessary appointments for youth. - Train
staff on the care of new youth and ensure amenities are in place. -
Maintain confidentiality of youth and family information. - Teach
and enforce privacy laws to protect youth rights. - Stay informed
of current policies and procedures. - Understand and implement
emergency and disaster procedures. - Ensure compliance with all
safety-related policies and procedures (e.g., infection control,
universal precautions for blood-borne pathogens, use of personal
protective equipment, handling hazardous materials, emergency
drills). Details Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

availability for evenings and weekends as needed - On-call duties
may be required Additional Requirements: - Ability to commute to
and from Boise, ID, or relocate before starting. Requirements: -
Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science (e.g., Social Work,
Sociology, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Counseling, or a related
field) from an accredited college or university. - Minimum of 1
year of experience working with youth, with knowledge of
residential facilities and programs. - Certifications: CPR/First
Aid, Assistance with Medication, and restraint training (e.g.,
MANDT, CPI). - Valid Idaho driver’s license and vehicle insurance.
- Ability to pass an Enhanced Background Check through the
Department of Health and Welfare. - Familiarity with safety
protocols in youth-based facilities, including managing emergency
situations and assisting in physical or verbal altercations. -
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. -
Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in verbal and written
communications. - Commitment to working directly with youth who
have developmental disabilities and have experienced trauma. -
Physical ability to move freely, assist in ensuring the safety of
others, and intervene during behavioral incidents. Physical
Requirements: - Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk. -
Ability to stand for prolonged periods while working with youth. -
Ability to make multiple trips up and down stairs during work. -
Ability to interact with youth at play within the community or
facility. - Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. when necessary. -
Sufficient strength to assist youth in moving from danger, if
necessary.
