Meeting key performance indicators such as:Keep safe place to work "0 accidents" Produce right at the first time "0 Customer complaints"Ready to Ship "RTS"Turn Over -Lost and damage "$0.0"OT Just in time, ensuring the strategy of 4M's + DManpower --- - - - - - - - -correct Headcount based on workload --- - - - - - - - -Identify training necessities --- - - - - - - - -Coordinate training based on skill matrix --- - - - - - - - -Responsible of the accuracy of KRONOS and time sheets.Material --- - - - - - - - -Coordinate and communicate about KOM plan two weeks in advance --- - - - - - - - -Audit and ensure to have the KOM's ready before start --- - - - - - - - -5's respect the layout of the area, cleanness, one place for everything and everything in their place, identify opportunities.
