Mobile Covid-19 Testing Event Staff (TRAINING AVAILABLE)Position Description:As Mobile Covid-19 Testing Event Staff, you will work with a team to ensure patients are able to have an efficient and safe specimen collection experience. There is a training program and you do not need to be a clinician.You will be trained in:* Appropriate specimen collection techniques;* Safe infection control protocols as established by the CDC, including proper PPE donning and doffing practices; and* Linguistically competent care to patients as well as accessible care to patients who are deaf and hard of hearing, including through the use of translation services as necessary. What You'll Do:* Collect anterior nasal swab sample.* Carry sample to the processing table.* Manage patient paperwork.* Assist with setup and breakdown of event tents, tables and equipment.* Help with movement of equipment, people and vehicles through site.* Move between event sites mid-day if requested to balance staff.* Perform additional duties as assigned.* This is mostly outdoors - dress warmly.What You'll Need:* Must be extremely punctual.* Must be okay dealing with ambiguity and be flexible (schedule comes out 1-2 days prior).* Valid driver's license.* Minimum of 1-year experience in related tasks, which may include administrative support, basic patient care, patron-facing restaurant work, or ride-share driving (through a rated app).* Familiarity with PPE protocols and willingness to learn.* Must provide amazing customer service.* Must be a self-starter and take accountability for your actions.* Must be a team player and possess a positive attitude and be open mind.* Must be very systematic and detail oriented.* We are a military-friendly employer.
