We are looking for a team leader to manage remote call center
agents as well as a GA to help us train new independent agents. -We
are a full service Brokerage specializing in the Health, Life, and
Medicare space. -We are looking for experienced agents who are
interested in growing a team and increasing their sales reach.
-Earn commission not only from your own sales but from the sales
and growth of your team, unlimited earning potential! -Role -
Interview, Train, and Motivate new Blue Summit Insurance Agents.
-We fill your pipeline with new applicants and recruits and help
you with the contracting process. We supply full back office
support and have the tools you need to be a successful team leader
and productive insurance agent. -
