Description: The Nurse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily
nursing operations within a designated unit. This includes
supervising nursing staff, coordinating patient care, managing

standards. Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to
enhance quality outcomes and staff performance. Requirements
