Registered Nurse (RN) | Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) / Pre-Post Op Location: Idaho Falls, ID Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $1,876 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Job Title: RN Profession: Nursing Specialty: PACU Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour shifts with call Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: 2-3 years PACU experience, Level 2 trauma hospital experience License: RN License required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS Must-Have: - 2-3 years of PACU experience - Level 2 trauma hospital experience - Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and PALS Description: We are seeking a Registered Nurse with experience in the Post Anesthesia Care Unit. The role includes 12-hour shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM, followed by on-call responsibilities that typically cover the night hours. On-call requirements include one night shift each week and one weekend every four weeks. The unit consists of 13 beds, and patient ratios vary from 1:1 to 1:2. Our team primarily consists of registered nurses. Our documentation system is Meditech. Floating to other departments may be required. The role involves performing IV starts, managing drips, and assisting with art lines and pain blocks. Uniforms will be provided.
