is a full-service hospital with 318 patient beds. Our hospital is
the largest medical facility in the region. We serve southeast
Idaho, western Wyoming, Yellowstone National Park, and parts of
Montana. Our facility has an ER, a Level II Trauma Center, a Level
1 ICU (one of two in Idaho), and the only Burn Center in the state
of Idaho. We have the region s only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
for critically ill children. Our 74-bed Behavioral Health Center
offers inpatient and outpatient mental health care for adolescents
and adults. As a Psychiatric Registered Nurse at our facility you

Meditech Typical hiring profile Skill Set Most recruited for: Must
have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for
the role. Current State of Idaho Registered Nurse license in good
standing. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN
preferred. American Red Cross or American Heart Association Basic
Life Support Course (BLS or BCLS) and Certification. Crisis
Prevention Institute (CPI) / Nonviolent Crisis Intervention
training within 30 days of hire. Preferred or nice to have:
candidates with these skills will be considered first. 1 year
chemical dependency/psychiatric experience or a strong desire to
learn skills associated with this field. Graduate of an accredited
school of nursing; BSN preferred. List typical procedures performed
on unit(s): Deliver direct physical and psychosocial care to
patients through the nursing process of assessment, planning,
intervention, implementation and evaluation. Provide holistic,
individualized care appropriate to the age of the patient. Act as
an advocate for patient safety and oversee compliance with core
measures for applicable patients. Participate in development and
implementation of plan of care. Communicate the elements of the
nursing process to improve patient outcomes, provide quality
intervention and promote collaboration within the health team. Best
