Keep it realStay curious & listen wellPrimary Purpose:We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our Advantmed provider network. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-home wellness risk adjustment assessments for Medicare and other populations.
