are looking for a dynamic and passionate Registered Nurse to join
our Dialysis team! Responsibilities What You'll Do The Registered
Nurse will be responsible for utilizing the knowledge basis of
nursing education and experience in order to deliver nursing care
using the nursing process according to hospital policies,
procedures and protocols. The RN responds to life threatening
situations with appropriate nursing interventions. The RN organizes
care delivery by prioritizing, delegating, delivering, evaluating
and communicating with all necessary Providers/Leaders on an
ongoing basis. The successful candidate will be able to: Must be
able to utilize good judgment, demonstrate patience, ultilize best
practices for patient care as expected by department leaders and
maintain a professional demeanor at all times. Must be able to work
in a busy, stressful and work environment where practice changes to
meet new patient safety requirements, goals or objectives. Computer
skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Electronic medical records software.
Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage
workload expectations. Interpersonal verbal communication and
advanced math skills. Creativity, problem analysis, team work and
decision making. Qualifications What You'll Bring Graduate of an
accredited school of nursing Current RN licensure in the state of
Idaho Minimum of 2 years acute care preferred Previous dialysis
experience preferred Current BLS certification required Obtain ACLS
certification within six months of hire and maintain as current
