Medical Clinic Manager - Pendleton, Oregon - Relocation Reimbursement Included Looking to relocate to beautiful Eastern Oregon? Located on the "dry side" of the state, Pendleton offers all four seasons and rural Western charm. With a backdrop of the Blue Mountains and access to a new, state-of-art hospital, Pendleton is home to Pendleton Family Medicine, a growing group practice that is seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to assume the leadership role of both the Primary Care Clinic and the Urgent Care. This is a busy group practice of 5 physicians and 12 PA's/Nurse Practitioners. In addition, there are 18 front and back office staff who will also report to the manager. Your responsibilities will include effective supervision of all providers and office staff, ensuring prompt and courteous services to our patients. You will oversee daily operation of the clinic to include maintenance of performance standards, schedules, implementation of the medical billing system, oversight of third party reimbursements, physician billing, collections, contract administration, and management reporting. You will also be responsible for adherence to HIPAA policies. Supervisory experience is required for this position; healthcare management experience would be ideal. We are seeking someone who is confident in their abilities and who will come up-to-speed quickly. A creative problem solver and good manager of professional staff is essential. This position reports to the Regional Administrator who is also based in Pendleton. **In your cover letter please share your management style and comfort level supervising physicians.   • Supervisory and healthcare experience required.
  • Experience in Healthcare Management preferred.
