Hospital Account Manager - Multiple Sclerosis - Central/ North Netherlands About the Opportunity Sanofi Genzyme is welcoming applications for the role of Hospital Account Manager to join our MS Sales team in the Netherlands. As a Hospital Account Manager within the MS team you will be responsible for maximizing sales revenues through managing key accounts. In order to do this successfully you are someone who loves being responsible for his/her own success and has a 'getting things done' mentality. You will develop and execute key account plans together with a cross functional key account team which you will lead. Also building and maintaining solid and meaningful relationships with your customers is an important part of your responsibilities. We believe that Value Based Health Care, cooperation through co-creation processes and always looking for innovative ways of interacting with our customers are of the utmost importance to be successful as a Hospital Account Manager In addition, we are looking for someone who can take on both national and regional projects and who is digitally savvy in order to help drive our commercial organisation towards a customer journey management approach. Someone who believes that a purpose-driven and (digital) multi-channel approach is the best way to interact with customers. The ideal candidate will be based centrally in the Netherlands. Key responsibilities - Responsible for maximising revenues through achieving sales targets - Responsible for managing your key accounts: leading your cross functional key account team through developing key account plans together with your team and presiding key account meetings - Responsible for initiating and leading both regional and national projects - Leading role in driving our MS team towards a future proof commercial organisation through the implementation of a customer journey management approach using all (digital) channels necessary - Establish and manage meaningful customer relationships with healthcare professionals and budget decision makers - Keeping up to date with the latest trends and market developments in order to keep innovating your commercial strategy and tactics - Participate in both national and international congresses and symposia for key accounts and KOLs About You To excel in this role you will need to have: Essential requirements: - A bachelor's degree or higher in a Business/Economics, Life Science or (Para)Medical subject - Previous experience in a commercial role (1-3 years minimum), ideally within the pharmaceutical industry - Strong project management skills - Able to integrate concepts like Value Based Health Care, customer journey management and (digital) multi-channel approach in his/her daily work - Knows his/her way around social media and is digitally savvy - Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English - Full of creative and innovative ideas and the ability to transform promising ideas for new business About Sanofi Empower Life Everyday At Sanofi we work across human health from vaccines to rare diseases, and consumer healthcare.
