Job Description:
Overview:The Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Supervisor is
responsible for applying the Third Party Risk Framework to all new
and current vendors that are contracted by ICCU which includes
supervising vendor relationship team members.Responsibilities:This
position will assist with the implementation of the programs and
policies and supporting the ongoing compliance with the
requirements of regulatory guidance, internal policies and
proceduresEnsures ICCU TPRM process is compliant with regulatory
updates and industry best practices.Wok with the ICCU stakeholders,
including Senior Contract Strategist, Information Technology,
Business Analysts, and all business lines management to onboard new
vendors, collect the relevant documentation necessary for the
appropriate level of risk assessment, and manage annual assessments
of current vendors.Provides recommendations on process improvement
whenever process weaknesses are identified.Holds TPRM team members
and stakeholders accountable for their part of the process. Assist
line of Business or Service Requestor in Third Party on-boarding
process including:Vendor registration and approval processService
Risk AssessmentDocumentation compilation & submission - SOW, MNDA,
MSACoordination of procurement process - contract negotiations,
budget, historical spend and contract executionDue diligence
compilation & submission - InfoSec, Compliance, BCP documents for
on-boarding and annual re-assessments.Assist in ongoing monitoring
of third party engagementsCoordination of vendor monitoring
meetingsFacilitation of meetings when escalation of issues is
requestedSupport third party strategy setting through identifying
cost savings opportunities and new product opportunities or product
consolidationCoordinate closeout activities of third party
terminations & natural expirations from notification of
terminations, coordination for movement from one vendor to another,
or bringing services in-houseCoaches TPRM team members to be always
learning and improving TPRM knowledge of all risk
categories.Capable of envisioning and/or of creating applicable
reports and dashboards that track Key Performance Indicators
(KPI).Conducts business with other business lines with
professionalism, respect, and leadership.Able to create training
material, procedural documents and have effective presentation
skills.Additional duties and tasks may be assigned based on
business needs or regulatory requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's
Degree or equivalent experience.3-5 years of experience with
process improvement, relationship management, or project
management.Preferred Skills:Experience with analyzing processes,
risks, and mitigating factors.Experience working in a credit union,
other financial institution, or similarly regulated
industry.Comfortable with qualitative and quantitative analysis,
and with presenting rationale or evidence to support
analysis.Proactive, creative, and with the ability to communicate
and lead vertically and horizontally.Performance Standard:The TPRM
Supervisor must demonstrate the ability to manage complex
relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and other ICCU staff
members while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.Must
be willing to comply with the Bank Secrecy Act and USA Patriot Act
as implemented by Idaho Central Credit Union.Physical
Requirements:Perform tasks requiring manual dexterity (processing
paperwork, filing, stapling, sorting, collating, typing, counting
cash, etc.).Sit for extended periods of time.Lift 20-40 pounds of
applicable supplies, including but not limited to copy paper, cash
drawers, marketing material, etc.Repetitive motion using wrists,
hands, and fingers.Ability to operate basic office machines
(calculator, computer, telephone, copy machine, fax machine,
