Program is a full-time, paid 10–12 week summer experience designed
to provide undergraduate students with meaningful, hands-on
exposure to a corporate environment within the financial services
and title industry. Interns work onsite and are given real
assignments that support business operations while developing
technical, professional, and interpersonal skills that will serve
them throughout their careers. In addition to day-to-day work
experience, interns participate in program-specific activities,
executive presentations, and networking opportunities, all while
receiving guidance and support from a manager and/or mentor. This
position is located onsite at: 1795 International Way Idaho Falls,
ID 83402 Position Summary The Business Operations Undergraduate
Intern will support post-closing operations through a variety of
administrative, documentation, and workflow-related assignments.
This role is ideal for a student who is detail-oriented, organized,
eager to learn, and interested in developing a deeper understanding
of mortgage, real estate, financial services, or title-related
operations. The intern will gain hands-on experience with document
generation, document management, post-closing processes, workflow
tracking, and operational support activities that contribute to
accurate and timely business outcomes. What You’ll Do Develop a
strong understanding of document generation and document management
requirements within the post-closing process Review documents,
files, and processes for completeness, accuracy, and compliance
with established procedures Assist with abstracting documents for
recording Create, organize, and maintain files, records, and
reports Monitor, track, and support workflow activity to help
ensure timely processing Respond to inquiries, gather information,
and assist in resolving issues to support completion of operational
processes Prepare documentation, communications, and reports for
internal use Use technology and productivity tools, including
AI-assisted tools where appropriate, to support research, drafting,
organization, reporting, and workflow efficiency What You’ll Bring
Interest in learning about the mortgage, real estate, financial
services, title insurance, or related industries Strong attention
to detail and a commitment to producing accurate, high-quality work
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work through tasks in a
thoughtful, conscientious manner Effective written and verbal
communication skills Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to
work well in a team environment A professional, customer-focused
approach in all interactions Adaptability, initiative, and the
ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a structured work
environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications,
especially Excel Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity tools
such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms to support
research, communication, organization, and efficiency, with sound
judgment around accuracy, confidentiality, and responsible use
Qualifications Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program at
an accredited college or university Previous work experience of
approximately 3 months to 2 years preferred Availability to work
full-time onsite for the duration of the 10–12 week internship

Salary Range: $20.00/hour - $24.00/hour This hiring range is a
reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the
time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may
include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business
