The Customer Service Representative works directly with customers to discuss orders, resolve problems, and meet related needs. To be a successful Customer Service Representative, you should be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities Extensive problem-solving, order processing, and helping to manage customer accounts Provide proactive sales support by developing close relationships with customers Schedule service and delivery orders Collection calls on past due accounts Coordinate schedules and works with the service/operations team Contact customers for purposes of scheduling additional services or offering maintenance plans Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation Driving a forklift, moving and counting stock, helping with warehouse items, basic office cleaning Qualifications High school diploma or GED Minimum of three years of customer service experience is required Strong time management and project management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook) Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal About Culligan As the worlds leading water experts, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality water solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
